Cutting down Tonsils is Cutting down your life

Tonsils play a important role in a human body. They are located inside our throat just above the backside of our tongue. They play a important role in terms of speech. 
But however these days the problem of tonsils has increased to a greater extend.

The problem of tonsils is seen among most individuals but the most affected are the kids. Kids suffering from cold and cough and are the most serious victims affected by this problem. Cough gets accumulated near the tonsils and thus resulting infection of tonsils. Due to this problem the child finds difficulty in swallowing and sleeping. Doctors advise to remove this tonsils. But this could affect the child's health.

According a latest study conducted by the researchers of England , the study revealed that
" Operating on Tonsils at early age results in reduction of manhood and can also make your child obese"

This also applies for woman. It was seen that removal of tonsils lead to reduction of feminism  among the women. So the consequences of operating on tonsils was far more severe. This is my personal appeal 

                   "Please do not remove your child's tonsils or operate it any manner"

So what should you do if your child or dear ones are facing the problems on tonsils. Do not worry in any manner because nature has all the answers for your problems. Ayurveda has a solution for the problem of tonsils. I am listing down the ayurvedic treatment which you can do at your home without any extra cost.


  • Turmeric has really a good impact on tonsils. Add some water to turmeric and make a thick paste of it. Now apply this paste on outer side of neck near the tonsil area. Also gargle with lukewarm water from time to time. To this paste add 1/2 gram of honey and lick it from time to time.  
                                                                OR
  •  Mix 2 grams of cinnamon powder with 20 grams of pure honey. Now lick this paste from time to time.
                                                               OR
  • Mix 2 spoon of ginger juice with little honey and drink this mixture from time to time. 
       Always try to keep your throat clean by gargling it with lukewarm salt water. This keeps all the infections at bay.
I 100% guarantee you , using this solutions you will never have a need to remove your tonsils and will never face any tonsil problem.

Sleep and Ayurveda



With the increase in work load , peer pressure and competition, there are has been significant rise in sleep problems. In order to complete projects on time , to complete studies on time people are cutting on their sleep. This really bad for your health.
" According to National Heart Lung and Blood Institute 70 million U.S. citizens face sleeping problems while 30 millions suffer from chronic sleep disorders "
Sleep is one of the important act {kriya} in ayurveda. More emphasis is given to sleeping in ayurveda. Sleeping is important for a healthy and disease free body. Individuals who sleep and awake on right time have a healthy mind and soul. This is because sleeping on right time gives enough time for the body to process the food we ate. But if we do not sleep on right time food is not churned well in the stomach leading to the cause of several diseases such as indigestion , acidity and uneasiness. 
So what are the rules of sleeping according to Ayurveda:


  • Having a deep sleep from 10 pm. to 4 am. helps cure most health problems.
  • For a healthy mind and body at least sleep for 6 hours and maximum of 7 n 1/2 hours.
  • It is recommended to wake up and bath before sunrise. This helps in healthy mind and body.
  • Never leave the bed as soon as you wake up. Instead we must close our eyes sit straight and meditate for at least 1-2 minute. While meditating take your lord's name. This will result in positive energy in ourself and also you will have a good start of your day.
Ayurveda has some really good treatment for you if you face sleeping problems. I am listing down this some easy treatments you can do at your home without any extra cost. 

  •  If you face less sleeping problems then wash your feet with lukewarm water and dry it completely.
Or Also you can dip your feet in warm water for 15 mins and then dry it with a towel. You will feel relax and have a good night sleep.
  • Add 4 drops of mustard oil in both the ears and cover your ears with a cotton ball. This treatment is really good if you have serious sleep problems.

My first Post

Ayurveda 
Ayur is referred as longevity and veda is known as knowledge. 
Ayurveda is influenced mostly by South Asia. Ayurveda has been practiced  for around 10,000 years. It involves use of natural medicinal plants , herbs and stones for curing. Also animal products such as milk, bones are used for medicinal purpose. 
Ayurveda just does not involves curing diseases but its way of life. Ayurveda has taught me how to be close to nature.

The main advantage of ayurveda healing is that it does not have any side effects over the body. Ayurvedic formulas help in cleansing , toning and overall cleaning of body.
