We watch TV, look at mobile screen, sit in front of computer screens have you ever imagined how much we strain our eyes !!.

So how we do protect our eyes and improve our vision ?; well mother nature has the answer to the mankind through ayurveda.
Its very easy to perform this small exercise. The main advantage is you don't have to visit a doctor or a specialist. You can perform this simple exercises at home and improve your eye sight. That's the beauty of ayurveda.
So i am listing down three simple exercises :
Eye-Washing
Eye-Resting
Eye-Expose
Eye Washing
In order to keep eyes clean, gentle and germ free this exercise is highly recommended.
Before going to bath, take fresh clean water in a bowl. Now leaning towards the bowl open and close eyes. Repeat this procedures. At first you will feel slight burn but that's normal. By doing this eye washing exercise all eye related diseases will flee away and you will have healthy disease free eyes.
Eye Expose
This exercise is recommended doing early morning.
The main aim of this exercise is to absorb as much as Vitamin D possible for healthy eyes So how do we do it have a check.
Stand or sit straight facing towards the rising sun. Feel the light sun rays hitting you body.
Close your eyes and look towards the sun. Perform this for at least 10 minutes.
Now Cover your eyes with your hand for about a minute. Now slowly open your eyes.
Wash your some fresh cold water drops in your eyes.
Performing this exercise will help you reduce your glass number and finally get rid of it.
Generally the habits of people are responsible for the eye problems. Reading too closely , Watching TV sets for long hours , Studying under dim light or over exposure are some causes that results in bad eye.
Above were some exercises but it is also important to take medicines from within body. So i am listing down some ayurvedic medicinal mix which you can prepare at home.
Mix 1/2 spoon of fresh butter , 1/2 spoon of crushed sugar and 2 black chilli powder. Now lick this paste from time to time.
NOTE: This act must be performed early morning with bare stomach. Only then it will create effect.
